These terms govern the Furrus Partner programme, operated by Furrus (furrus.app). Questions and notices go to hello@furrus.app.
Full operating entity and registration details are being finalised and will be published here and in your partner record before any payout is made.
By accepting these terms you confirm you have read them and agree to be bound by them.
The programme is invitation-based: Furrus reviews every application and may approve or decline it at its discretion.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement, and you must be able to receive payment in a way we support.
Your participation begins when you activate your partner access and accept the current version of these terms.
You receive a personal referral link and a personal discount code. Both identify you.
A visitor who arrives through your link is credited to you for 30 days from that visit, on first touch: if a person was already credited to another partner, a later link does not take them away.
A person who enters your discount code at checkout is credited to you at that moment, regardless of the window above.
Attribution is recorded on the account, so a payment months later still names you.
You earn 30% of eligible net subscription revenue actually collected from each qualifying subscriber you refer.
Commission runs for 12 months from that subscriber's first successful eligible paid subscription payment.
Eligible revenue means the amount Stripe collected for a Furrus subscription, after any discount applied, and excluding tax, refunds, chargebacks and payment-processing fees.
Free trials, unpaid periods, gift purchases and one-off charges do not earn commission unless we say so in writing.
Your code gives your community 15% off their first 3 paid months.
Commission is calculated on the discounted amount actually paid.
Discount terms may be adjusted for future customers with notice; existing subscribers keep the terms they signed up under.
If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the commission on it is reversed, including after it has been approved.
If a reversal happens after a payout, the amount is offset against your next payout.
Cancellation simply ends future commission on that subscriber; commission already earned on collected payments stands.
Commission is recorded as pending, reviewed and approved by Furrus, then paid.
Payouts are made monthly in arrears, no earlier than 30 days after the payment that earned the commission, so refund windows have passed.
There is no minimum payout threshold; balances under a payment provider's own minimum roll into the next payout.
You are responsible for your own taxes and for giving us the information we need to pay you lawfully.
You may not use your own link or code for your own subscription, for accounts you control, or for people you pay or otherwise incentivise to subscribe.
Paid search or paid social bidding on Furrus brand terms, coupon-scraping sites, spam, cookie stuffing, misleading claims and automated traffic are prohibited.
We may withhold or reverse commission and end your participation where we reasonably believe activity is fraudulent, artificial or in breach of these terms.
There is no required posting schedule or script. Share Furrus in the way that fits you and your community.
Do not claim Furrus provides veterinary or behavioural diagnosis or treatment, promise specific results, or misstate price, trial or discount terms.
Use the Furrus name and assets only to promote Furrus, without altering them, and do not register domains, handles or ads that impersonate Furrus.
You must clearly disclose your commercial relationship with Furrus wherever you promote it, in the same language and place as the promotion — for example #ad, #affiliate, or a plain statement that you earn a commission.
You are responsible for complying with the advertising and consumer rules that apply where your audience is, including FTC, ASA and EU rules.
Approved partners receive complimentary Furrus Premium so they can use Furrus with their own dog. It is a personal, non-transferable, non-cash benefit for as long as your partner status is active.
Complimentary Premium is not a purchase, creates no subscription and can be paused or ended if your partnership is paused or ended. Your Furrus account and your dog's data stay yours.
Either side may end this agreement at any time, by any reasonable written notice, including email.
On termination your link and code stop earning new commission. Commission already earned on collected payments is still paid, subject to reversals above.
We may change these terms; material changes create a new version and you will be asked to accept it before continuing to use your referral link.
