Premium unlocks everything Furrus offers for your dog's journey. After your introductory first month it costs €12.99 per month ($12.99 in the United States, £11.99 in the United Kingdom), billed automatically until you cancel.
You can see your dog's first personalized mission without an account and without a card. Premium only begins when you choose to start it.
Starting Premium charges your introductory first month immediately — €5.99 ($5.99 in the United States, £4.99 in the United Kingdom) — entered securely through Stripe Checkout. This introductory price applies to your first month only.
One month after you start, your subscription renews automatically at the standard price shown at checkout (€12.99, $12.99 or £11.99), and every month after that on the same date, until you cancel.
Prices are shown in euros by default and in US dollars for visitors in the United States. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout where required.
The Focus Pass is a one-time purchase — €19 (or $21.99 in the US) — that gives lifetime access to a single training journey. It's a single charge with no renewal.
Cancel any time from Profile → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges. If you're mid-trial, cancelling means you're never charged. If you've already been charged, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then ends — no partial refund is issued for the unused portion.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry it a few times over the following days. If it keeps failing, your Premium access will end and you'll drop back to the free tier until you resubscribe.
If we ever change subscription pricing, we'll give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice before any new price applies to their renewal.
Stripe emails you a receipt automatically for every charge, sent to the email address on your account.
