You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@furrus.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Furrus is a dog training and care companion app. It gives guidance, missions and an AI companion based on the information you provide about your dog.
Not veterinary or professional advice. Nothing in Furrus, including anything the in-app companion says, is veterinary advice or a substitute for a licensed veterinarian or a qualified professional behaviourist. In an emergency, contact a vet immediately.
Use Furrus lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or use it to harm yourself, your dog, or anyone else. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
You keep ownership of everything you add — photos, notes, diary entries and logs. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display it back to you solely to run the service. We don't use your content to train models sold to others, and we don't publish it.
Furrus Premium and the one-time Focus Pass are paid features. Full pricing, trial and billing details live on our Subscription & Billing page, which forms part of these terms.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we're required to by law.
We work to keep Furrus available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.
Furrus is a training and care companion, not a professional service. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made about your dog's health or behaviour based on guidance in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Lithuanian or EU law.
We may update the app or these terms over time. We'll reflect any meaningful change here with a new "last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
