Do I need an account to see my dog's first mission?
No. Answer a few questions about your dog and the first mission is yours to see. An account only saves your dog's journey so tomorrow can build on today.
Is this a training course or a chatbot?
Neither. Furrus is a personalized companion for your dog: one small moment together each day, chosen from what you tell us and what you log.
How long does a mission take?
About ten minutes. Some are shorter.
What does it cost after the free first mission?
Your first month is €5.99 ($5.99 in the US, £4.99 in the UK), then €12.99 a month ($12.99 in the US, £11.99 in the UK). One price, everything included.
How do I cancel?
In one tap from your profile, any time. Your membership simply ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
Do I need treats?
Sometimes they help, but most missions work without them.
Can I skip days?
Yes. Miss a day and nothing breaks — Furrus picks up where you left off.
Is this dog training?
It's closer to enrichment and time together. Obedience improves along the way, but that isn't the point.
Can puppies use it?
Yes — missions are shorter and gentler for puppies.
Can older dogs use it?
Yes. Senior dogs get calmer, low-effort missions.
Is Furrus a real company, and is it safe to pay?
Yes. Furrus is a young product from a small team, so there isn't much written about us online yet. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details — and our terms, privacy notice and refund policy are all published on this site.
